Refund, Rescheduling & Service Policy

Due to the personal and individualized nature of Nyxele services, all purchases are considered final once payment has been submitted.

Orders may not be canceled and are non-refundable at any time.

Live Intuitive Guidance & Reiki Sessions

To honor the time, preparation, and energetic focus reserved for each client, the following rescheduling policy applies to all live sessions.

Clients are permitted one reschedule at no additional charge when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided before the arranged session time.

If a second reschedule is required, a $30 rescheduling fee must be paid before a new session time can be arranged.

If a client misses a scheduled session, does not attend, or does not provide the required 24-hour notice, the session may still be rescheduled one time for a $30 rescheduling fee, provided that both the rescheduling request and fee are completed within 24 hours of the missed session.

If the required rescheduling request and payment are not completed within that 24-hour period, the session is considered fully forfeited. A new service purchase will then be required to receive another session.

Late Arrivals

Clients who arrive late will not receive additional time beyond the originally arranged session end time.

If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session will not proceed and must be rescheduled.

A rescheduled session due to late arrival is subject to the applicable $30 rescheduling fee.

This policy is necessary because each session includes private preparation and protective spiritual work performed in advance to protect both the client and the practitioner. Once that preparation has been completed, the reserved session time cannot simply be shifted later without affecting the practitioner’s schedule and other clients.

No refunds are issued for cancellations, missed sessions, no-shows, late arrivals, rescheduled sessions, or forfeited sessions.

Written & Audio Intuitive Readings

Written and audio intuitive readings are personalized specifically for the purchaser.

Because of the custom nature of these readings, all purchases are final and non-refundable immediately upon purchase.

Written and audio reading orders may not be canceled once submitted.

Completed readings are delivered privately by email according to the delivery timeframe stated on the individual service page.

Results, Interpretation & Personal Responsibility

Intuitive readings, tarot, Reiki, and other spiritual services are personal and subjective experiences.

No specific result, prediction, outcome, or future event is promised or guaranteed.

Refunds will not be issued because a reading did not provide the answer expected, because a client disagrees with an interpretation, or because a hoped-for outcome does not occur.

Tarot and intuitive guidance are intended to support reflection, clarity, and personal insight. They do not remove personal responsibility or free will.

Health, Medical & Legal Matters

Nyxele does not accept questions related to health, medical conditions, diagnoses, treatment, legal matters, court cases, or legal outcomes.

Intuitive readings and spiritual services are intended for personal reflection, spiritual support, and entertainment purposes only.

They are not a substitute for professional medical or legal advice.
