Experience an intentional Distance Chakra Alignment from the comfort of your own space.

This focused remote session works with the seven main chakras to support a greater sense of calm, energetic awareness, balance, and flow.

Before your appointment, you’ll receive an email with preparation details and an overview of what to expect.

On the day of your session, we’ll begin with a brief phone or video check-in to discuss your intention and any areas you would like me to keep in mind.

During the alignment portion, you can simply relax in a quiet, comfortable space while the session is conducted remotely.

If you prefer to remain connected by video throughout the alignment, a live video session may be requested in advance. Both cameras must remain on for the duration of the session. The alignment portion is not conducted by phone.

Afterward, we’ll reconnect briefly to share any reflections from the session, which may include:

• intuitive impressions received during the session
• guidance or reflections that arise
• simple aftercare suggestions to support integration

Each session is approached with care, respect, and clear intention, creating space for you to slow down, reconnect, and become more aware of your energetic state.
