This remote session is designed to support relaxation, mindfulness, energetic awareness, and a deeper sense of connection with yourself. Each session is approached with care, respect, and clear intention, creating space for you to slow down, settle your energy, and receive gentle energetic support.

We begin with a brief phone or video check-in to discuss your intention for the session. You’ll then have quiet time to relax while the Reiki session is conducted remotely. Afterward, we reconnect briefly to share any impressions, reflections, or aftercare guidance that may be helpful.

You do not need any special experience or preparation to receive Reiki. Simply choose a comfortable, quiet space where you can relax without interruption.
